Whether you want group classes or personal training, this is the place to be for great kickboxing lessons.  Instructor Robert Hymans has trained adults and children in the art of kickboxing for many years and comes highly recommended.  Robert currently has two championship title belts in Canadian amateur kickboxing and is on his way to getting his third.  Kickboxing is an amazing form of high impact martial arts and is effective in many different areas of everyday life.  Kickboxing is a great way to lose weight, gain muscle, defend yourself, gain self-discipline, push yourself, relieve stress and many more.  Every personal training session is altered and designed specifically for the individual(s) attending.  Suggestions on diet and nutrition are also given to those who attend personal training sessions.

 

All ages and all levels of fitness are encouraged to try a class.
